So very thankful

Hello friends!! Today, I am sharing a very Fall-y card. Fall is my favorite season, love seeing all the leaves changing colors, fresh weather (in the PNW) and a lot of pumpkin everything {wink, wink}

I have a very simple card with Fall colors using this new Lace Leaf set from Concord & 9th, the leaves were stamped in Vintage Photo and Peeled Paint Distress Inks as well as Memento Rich Cocoa and Tangelo Inks.
The background was created with Yellow Ochre, Orchid, Burnt Orange and  Tangerine Color Burst, then I added 1/16" Purple Masking Tape and 1/16" Gold Metallic Tape. I also added a strip of 1/16" Gold Metallic Tape to the brown/orange leaf.
I stamped the sentiment in Crimson Click It Ink.
Finally, I added the white panel to a Yellow Pearl Shimmering Cardstock card base.

I am entering this project to Where Creativity Meets C9 "Celebration" Challenge.  Why not celebrate thankfulness, giving thanks always.

Hope you like it!
Have a fantastic day!

The super cute doily Die is from the Verity Rose Collection in Green Envy Shimmering Cardstock  and a cross stitch border die in Yellow Pearl Shimmering Cardstock, the images were colored it with the new Colorista Markers.

On your Anniversary

Hello friends! Happy Wednesday to you all.Today marks the last day of Summer, I have to say I love Fall, and the cooler and much enjoyable weather, light jackets and Pumpkin everything {wink, wink}

Anyway, I have been busy (as always), but I want to share with you this super cute Anniversary card I made using corner dies from Crafter's Companion. Yes, the beautiful Heart Corner Dies were snipped from the piece of cardstock and added to the panel to be the center piece, I die-cut them using Silver Luxury Matt Mirror Cardstock (from the Together Forever Collection).
I used a 6" x 6" White Scored card as my base card, then I used a piece of vellum and dry embossed it with Decadent Damask Embossing Folder, cut a piece of Silver Starlight Shimmering Cardstock to add on top of it, glued the heart die-cut pieces and added an "On Your Anniversary" die-cut piece with foam adhesive to give it a little bit f dimension. As a last touch I added a silk bow, paper flowers and pearls from the Downton Abbey Collection.
All my die-cutting and embossing was made with my Gemini (a great machine!!)

I hope you like it.
Have a fantastic day!

Thinking of you

Hello friends! How are you doing today? Hope your weekend was great, full of crafty time, mine was full of yard/ patio and house cleaning, but feeling good after had it all done.
Today I want to show a card I made using Latina Crafter stamps and a Red Crepe Paper tape from Rainbow Tape.

For this card I stamped various images from "Sellos Postales" and "Mini Feliz" sets in vibrant colors, here I used Ken Oliver Click it Inks, then cut a couple of pieces of Ivory Cardstock and adhered 1/4" Red Crepe Paper Tape, the textured is super cool and the adhesive is permanent, seriously, once you adhere it, it will not peel off!

Here it's the card, I will be sending this card to a lady who is battling cancer, hopefully this card will lift her spirits.

You are beautiful

Hello friends! Today, I am bringing you a super easy technique to create a super cool background.
For this technique I used 1/8" black crepe tape and 1/16" gold metallic tape from Rainbow Tapes

Here I used a piece of white cardstock, size 3.75" x 5", I started adhering the 1/8" black crepe tape and then 1/16" gold metallic tape, then I left about .5" space and repeated the process.

I stamped the sentiment from "Beautiful words" in Brown Ink , added a "Beautiful" die-cut word  (die-cut using Gold cardstock) and stamped the flowers from "Wildflower set" from Concord & 9th, I colored them with Spectrum Aqua markers, then added sparkle using Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pens, a couple of pearls and sequins and the card was done!!

Here you can see the tape colors showing much better.
Hope you like it.
Have a fantastic day!!

Ho Ho Ho

Hello friends!!  Hope you all are having a fun a relaxing day today. Christmas will be here soon, so today I have a Christmas card showcasing very traditional colors using Rainbow tapes, here I used the 1/4" Green and Red Metallic Tapes!

I started adding one line of each color until I covered my whole piece. This is a 3.75" x  5" piece.

Then I folded the pieces to the back and check out how pretty this looks!! This took me only a couple of minutes to create this fabulous background!!

This is my card! I added a Ho Ho Ho sentiment from Impression Obsession and cute frame from Crafter's Companion which I colored with a green Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen, few pearls and my card was done!!
